Cutie -- online food trackers

Cutie, until recently I had been using Nutrawatch.com, which is

excellent. I even paid the extra $12.00 or whatever to get the

super-duper version, which allows you to track your exercise, etc.

However, for some reason the program took a dislike to my computer or

vice versa, and it got to the point where inputting my food every day

was becoming more and more of a hassle. So I switched to

www.fitday.com, which is almost as good, and completely free. I suspect

that with these programs, the idea is to get you to use them (and see

their banner ads) for a while, and then they start charging for some or

all of their services. However, for now it's working fine for me. I

have tracked my foods religiously since last year when I had my

surgery, and it's a great help in making the right food choices.

Good luck!

I.
