Guest guest
My DH did not marry well when it comes to domestic chores ROFLMAO. Yeah, my poor husband married the same type of woman. Rule of thumb for buttons and ironing around here: Missing buttons: Put shirt on pile to go to cleaners and say to yourself, " when I get two or three shirts I will take them to the cleaners " Then over the next two to three months move the " go to the cleaners " pile around at least twice. At six months donate clothes. Works like a charm. Ironing: I wash and dry the clothes and take them along with the " dry clean only clothes " to the cleaners to be pressed. Then leave them at cleaners until I need to wear a particular item. Very important, try to remember that you need this item at least a day or two in advance, because from personal experience, I usually remember where that blouse, dress or pair of slacks or Tim's suit is on a Sunday when the cleaners are closed. Well on a good note, at least when I do pick up the clothes they still fit. Pre wls, I would leave the clothes there so long sometimes that I would outgrow them before I could pick them up. See, there is always an upside to the things we do. : ) Regina
