Guest guest
I have been extremely curious from reading several posts from different people who are drinking protein shakes, water, vitamins and not eating. Surely I am missing something here. I must have gotten the wrong impression somewhere down the line. Is there anybody on this list who does not eat and JUST does the protein shakes and vitamins? Maybe you are not eating regular meals but just a little bite of food now and then? And if you are not eating, how are you staying alive??? I know just protein shakes and vitamins could not possibly sustain a person by themselves. Pleeeease correct me if I'm wrong.
Guest guest
I actually do eat but will occasionally do days of protein shakes and vitamins. There are generally two reasons for this - mother nature has decided to be totally yucky during my monthly cycle and that is all I can get down OR I have decided to jump start my weight loss again. If you get a good protein drink/shake, it should provide everything especially with the vitamins. Just out of curiosity, what do you think would be missing with just protein shakes, water and vitamins other then chewing? Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs.
