The one thing I remember Dr. Gagner explaining to me was how, when he transects, he sort of folds the stomach parts away from each other, trying to separate them as much as psossible, because they often try to reattach. I didn't really understand that then, but I do now. So, I would ask your surgeon if there are any precautionary measure he can take to try to prevent this from happening again. Let him explain how he plans to remedy the situation, and let him get as technical as he wants, you may absorb more than you think. Your body is, obviously, working well, because it's trying to " repair " itself. I know, not much consolation, but better than making itself sick, right?
