Hi Trish,

I did the same thing and didn't figure it out until 8 weeks had past

me by, but I did notice my pants were smaller.

Anyhow, you said you were at 800 calories... guess what.... You need

to increase them and you will suddenly notice a change. This is

just what I did after realizing my body thought it was starving now

and then when I increased my intake to 1000-1200 BAM!!! My body had

something to fuel itself with and began metabolizing again!!!

Try adding more fruit, a baked potato or even baked sweet potato, an

extra protien shake with strawberries and 1/2 banana for fun, and

even a 1/2 slice of really crunchy toast. Oatmeal makes a good

breakfast or lunch also. These are good choices for complex carbos

also and will greatly aid in adding the calories for your body to

burn off.
