Hello to everyone,

I had my arms done on December 30, and am still recovering from

the surgery. They found 3 lymph nodes under my left arm and took

them out.(the report came back OK, thank God.) My arms are doing OK,

but the under arm and down the side of my breast are what is giving

me a little problem. It is a hard place right under the arm, and I

questioned this to the plastic surgeon, he said that is where I had

to dig for the lymph nodes and that is why this left side is much

worse. It is still draining some fluid which is greenish yellow in

color and once in a while blood, I keep putting gauze pads before

this darn garment. I hate it, it makes me so itchy and

uncomfortable. It is not a good fit at all, it rides down on the

shoulders and is very uncomfortable. Can not wait to not have to

wear it, tried the ace bandage for one day, no good, they ride down

and are more itchy than this garment. Jan 26 was 2 years that I had

my MGB with Doctor Rutledge in North Carolina, and I am so thankful to

him for the change he made in my life. I will forward what I wrote

to our groups. Just wanted to say hello, since my surgery I have

been getting my mail privately and all the groups through the groups,

and haven't really been checking the groups. If they is anything

important write to me at my private email(RoCommisso1@...) I have

to go back to the surgeon on Monday. Did you who had the arms done

have to do lypo massages? I have to do them twice a week, for the

swelling and mobility. I was just wondering if you all had to do

this too? Talk to you soon.
