Some do get frustrated when there isn't a loss for days & I'd imagine then they probably should only weigh once a week. Then there's the other personality who weighs daily, and if there is no loss, or a slight gain, it puts them in a mode to eat better, exercise better. Robin said she weighs every day and that's what's keeping her at about 130#. Once again, we're all different. You need to decide whether weighing every day hinders or helps you.
