hey loriB. how about some light soy milk in your prot shake? soy burger, soy

chicken patties, sunflower seeds, etc.

you're on the run, so it's understandable that you found an easy, " non-dumping "

choice.

group: any other ideas on getting high prot, low cholest foods?
