Guest guest
It is well-known that exercise does help with depression. I don't personally get the 'runner's high' that people talk about; I don't like exercise and have to force myself to do it---but I like the way I feel when I've done it, and I like what it does to strengthen my body and help with weight loss. New postops need to exercise to avoid pneumonia and blood clots, and I do think it helps those that are prone to depression. Just do it! Guest guest
Connie, From your mouth to my energy and willingness. I find it soooo difficult ot get out and do it. And I've always heard it feels good. I tend to yawn through it, must not be breathing well enough. > > For those of you who are having trouble with depression how much > excercise > > are you getting?
