Guest guest
My surgeon is a Tums, Flintstones, and any kind of B-12 type of guy, so I just wanted to run my vitamin regimen by the knowledgeable folks on this board: 4x500mg Calcium Citrate (Vitalady's w/Magnesium and D) 2 Centrum Chewable 500mcg B-12 sublingual 400iu Dry Vitamin E 25mg Carbonyl Iron B-50 complex ( I originally bought these to add to the dogs food) 5000mcg Biotin 3x175mg Milk Thistle 1 packet Coromega I got back my first Lab work and the values were all in line except cholesterol, which was only slightly high and I'm not worrying about, and alkaline phosphatase, which has something to do with the liver, though the good news is that it was lower than a year ago so I suspect giving up drinking for the surgery was helpful...
