When you guys and gals eat eggs do you eat the whole egg or just the white? I

am having the hardest time finding out much protein is in ONLY the white...Im

having a hard time getting my protein and water the last 3 days and I

everything I eat ALMOST comes back up but simply because I don't want it and in

my

mind it makes me nausuas..Does that make sense???

Also, would not getting in my water and protein cause a stop in weight loss??

Its been about 6 days since I have lost anything..I usually only weight once

a week but this week I don't even feel like I have lost anything so I broke

down and weighed...

Thanks for listening..You guys and gals are the greatest..Good luck and

congrats to everyone..

Crystal, good question about protein in just the egg whites. I eat the

whole egg, but I'm not a big egg fan, so don't eat it often. For those who

have Costco stores, I found grilled chicken strips there. I packaged them

in 2 oz packages and froze them. All I have to do is defrost. They are

really good. Great flavor.

I understand what you're saying about not wanting the food, but I don't know

what to do about it. I've heard some on here talk about foods not tasting

good, so maybe they have some insight. I've also heard a lot about lack of

water halting the weight loss, so I'm really drinking.

I'll watch to see what input you get.

Crystal,

I only eat the egg whites and according to fitday.com, it has 3 grams

of protein.

The water and the protein could definitely affect your weight loss.

I'm only 8 weeks out, but I have been slacking off on protein this

week and I've definitely noticed a difference. I've just had a

really hard time making myself eat. I'm trying to get back on the

train though!

Crystal oh how I know the feeling! Yes water and protein have to be taken in.

Its a necessity for us. Sometimes when I hit a plateau I will up the calories

a bit and hit the water hard. It was something told to me in my support group

here at home and it seems to always work. Hope this helps. God Bless and
