Well, hubby leaves for 2 weeks on Sunday. I have a plan, and I need help

with it. I want to lose 10 lbs. I’ve been at goal for 20 years. But MY goal

is 10 lbs lighter. I want to try a higher protein, lower carb diet. Here are

my restrictions: NO protein shakes. They don’t appeal to me in the

slightest. I am lactose intolerant. I am mostly vegetarian, but not

entirely. It’s just that more than one or two bites of meat (beef, chicken,

pork…I hate fish and seafood) fill me up. I don’t eat a lot of sweets, so

that isn’t a problem. Now, I need suggestions as to WHAT I CAN EAT to

accomplish this. Shopping is not a problem. Eating 6 or 7 times a day is not

a problem (except I need reminders). I’m at 155 now. I’m 5’10”. My BMI is

22.25. Help me out here. Food suggestions?
