Guest guest
If you want to lose weight you should just do it and feel ok. Sure, you're fine now but if you want to be even more fabulous what's wrong with that? When is the wedding? This is a great story, I think you must have just been meant to be. It's ok to want to be your best for your big day. It's not mandatory of course but understandable as a blushing bride to be. Wishing you all the best. I lost a lot of weight, had my dress altered over and over during my pre-wedding " stress " thing... I wanted to be really thin (course, I was only 17 and it was doable if I went anorexic... lol) BUT, I lost for my second wedding too -- NOT really for the wedding since I didn't know about it at the time but I didn't eat those 3 days of waiting on top of an already (forgot which diet) that had worked sorta well at that time. My DIL had months to plan for her wedding and she isn't obese but she was really thin -- lost just for the wedding, running every morning, working with a nutritionist to loose the weight -- unfortunately it has come back to her plus some although she still isn't obese I remember those -- lost it gain it back plus some days *sigh* I think most brides want to be their thinnest and I don't think anything is wrong with that if it is done in a really healthy way -- no starvation to get there ;-) just feeling your best -- and not done in a way that (the old ways) where we'd loose down and then gain it back plus some. It would be better to just " stay " than for that to happen. No matter what though I am sure you will be a beautiful bride -- who can help but be beautiful when they are in love ~smile~ That's a wonderful story... my husband and I spent years being best of friends first too and I treasure that part of our relationship that gave us a solid foundation to build on... your a lucky lady and he's a lucky guy. You just have your wedding any way you want it!!! hugz, ~denise
