I had a checkup Wednesday.Have lost a total of 86 pounds and 58 and a half inches! All I can say is WOW....something is finally working for me. They took my picture and when compared to the before one.......what a difference! If I don't lose another pound,I can truly say that I'm happy. Started at 257,now weigh 170.I'm 5'9 " .I can wear size 10 jeans......used to wear 22. All my best to you all. Happy Holidays!
