Yes, yes, yes ... I just recently spent an

evening in the ER with MAJOR (I thought I was

dying) abdominal pains. Diagnosis ... UTI with

kidney involvement. The pain was very intense.

So yes, it's very possible. The strange thing

was that aside from the major ab pain I didn't

have any of the usual UTI symptoms. The doctor

said that was more than likely because the

infection started in my kidneys.
