Guest guest
Well, since Marilyn's message about the abd. pain I've got to thinkin'....God help us all.......LOL...... She mentioned that she had a BM daily....hmmmmm, wellllll..... Now here's my question..... How often do you guy's have a BM? For me, I go about every 4-6 day's....no constipation (unless I do calcium, then it about kills me) but this is just normal for me... however, my friend (The ER doc/ps) thought this may be causing some of my LLQ abd. pain. It's not that kinda pain, really, but it does feel a little better after I have a BM. Anyway, just some ramblings and thoughts..... Guest guest
I go usually a couple of times a day at least. If I go more than 24 hrs, I'm going for the suppositories, because I have had the blockage from hell, and I don't want to do that again! Guest guest
Randy, My PCP would be adamant about adding fiber to your diet every day if he heard you say this. BMs every 4 days or more doubles your risk of colon cancer. I like the orange-flavored sugar-free Fiber Choice tablets. I chew 3 a day, they don't swell in my pouch, and I go every day like clockwork, no issues, no pain. You can get Fiber Choice at Target or a lot of other grocery/general stores. I pay $10 for 90 tablets, which lasts me a month. They taste so good that I have to hide them from my 3 year old. :-) Ziobro Open RNY 09/17/01 Plastics 07/22/02 310/127 BMI 54.9 to 21.8 AIM: JewelyaZ ICQ: 2919425 BM's... Guest guest
Every morning, after my run, I drink my protein shake...about half way thru, I'm on my way to the potty...like clockwork. Guest guest
Hey! We were having a poop discussion when I joined this list! LOL For the first 18 years or so, I went every 3 days. No exceptions. Now, it's every morning within 15 minutes of getting up. Now isn't that more than you wanted to know about me? Guest guest
Randy, Everyday here. More than once if I eat something I shouldn't. Very loose if I miss calcium but I sure don't miss them anymore! Dawn Hi, I am having a pain and I need opinions ... > > > > Hello, my name is Donna and this is my first time posting. Guest guest
OK.....you asked I go EVERY single morning between cup of coffee number 1 cup number 2!! Sometimes, not often, I go again in late afternoon. But interestingly enough I had a mother who went 2-4 times a day.....if she ate, she went within an hour......couldn't take her anywhere.......now my Dad only went every 3-5 days and suffered from horrible constipation.....had to get manually relieved almost everytime he traveled.........all of us 6 siblings got one " extreme " or the other..........genetics I guess......
