I had surgery 9-07-01. Im having problems with eating more and cant tell if im over eating or in a normal stage.Im a wife and Mom im 30 yrs old, I have 2 children LJ who is 8 and who is 3. Been Married for 11 years, we are a military family. At this moment we are living in Colorado.Been dealing with the stress of not knowing if hubby is going to be deployed or if he is going to Korea, those are the only options he has right now and i hate the fact of not knowing and i think that is why the past 2 weeks i have caught my self grazing , i havnt gained any weight yet, and i know i have to nip this behavior in the butt while im ahead. So today im doing all protien shakes to see if that wont help get me on track. Guest guest
Welcome to the group Tara. It certainly sounds like a stressful time. If there is anything we can do to help, let us know. Let your husband know that I am eternally grateful for all he is doing. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs.
