And it feels so much better to feel lean and empty that fat and bloated when the goal is to lose weight that I'm just liking that feeling of lightness. Don't get me wrong, I've been a very slow loser and still weigh 211 pounds, I am SO far from anorexic that I am not worried about that ever being a problem.
