Great Carb WWW Site!

Good Evening Everyone!

During one of my breaks today at work I was smurfing around on the

internet looking for low carb recipes. As much as I LOVE steak, pork

and chicken – I can't stand it anymore! To top that all off, for

some reason I'm starving today, I mean really starving. I have no

idea what that's all about since I've been doing so well for the last

few weeks.

I woke up at 11:45pm last night because my stomach felt `goofy'. It

took me nearly two hours to go back to sleep and in that interim I

must have burped 150 times! I don't know what was going on, I just

know when my alarm went off at 4pm I had pretty sincere thoughts

about watching it bounce off of the walls.

So, back to the reason I'm writing. I was looking for low carb

recipes online and I happened to come across the `USDA National

Nutrient Database for Standard Reference – Nutrient Data

Laboratory'. On this site you can put in the food you're eating,

want to eat, or want to get depressed about because you can't eat it,

and it gives you all the value breakdowns on it. It's really kind of

cool. Of course I was mad when I saw how many carbs one lousy egg

has in it (my choices at work are slim at best), but I still found it

to be very informative.

You guys might want to check it out..
