dumping, plop, plop////toi

i used to dump in the morning, suggesting it was caused by something,

(L-rd knows what) from the day before! talk about tough.

toi, keep up the awesome work, dayyyumm!! time to think of the

ultimate reward for your upcoming anniversary. still doing the

modified atkins?

My protein shake dumping could have been from the night before...

maybe the shake just put me over the edge or somethin'. Its never

happened before or since, maybe I should test it huh? KIDDING!!!

Yeah, still doing the modified Atkins... hmmm, think it stops being

atkins if I've modified it. I would call it more south beachy. Or

the " diet is a 4-letter word Toi Plan. " Focus on protein and water,

carbs from fruit and veggies, exercise. That's what I do.

That year is almost complete and what a year its been. Gonna have to

get those pics taken I guess.
