Keltie and all:

I agree completely, when we find the right personal mix, we get the results

we are looking for. Take care, Louise

I apologize for not remembering who suggested Protein Power quite

recently... but, yes... I've come to realize that my body works better when

it takes in certain types of carbohydrates (low-glycemic)... because I do

crave fruits.

> Also... imperative to combine diet WITH exercise

I think the " Protein Power " was me.....not that it matters though, I was

writing to tell you that I had to and still do the same as you. I read

everything I can, try a lot of it, and figure out what it going to work for

me. A lot of what I do on a daily basis comes from the scores of books and

programs that I have read and tried. I get so frustrated watching my hubby

try Atkin's time after time, lose some, stop doing it, gain it all back

plus some, wait several months, and then try again......he is so convinced

that STRICT Atkin's is the answer that he won't even try anything

else............maybe someday!!!!! P.
