vitalady.com...suggestions

ok. I know this question has been asked a million times...once or twice by

me...but now that I am actually ready to order I cant remember anything you guys

and gals suggested...SOOO could you all please tell me what your favorite

protein shake is from vitalady..im ordering some samples...also how do you mix

them.....THANKS!!!

I use designer Whey protein powder and mix it with milk. Choc. and

vanilla are good . Strawberry is a little sweet for me. I get them

from GNC. I don't kow if Vitalady carries That Brand.

Trader Joes is a wonderful place to shop .. best prices on near everything.

I like the Designer Whey as well and mix mine with half water, half non fat

milk, ice cubs .. then blender it, tastes like a chocolate shake.... yumm

...... but you can find vitamines there too, and interesting canned soups

....chs...

etc. Worth a visit for those who havent.

Okay guys. can you send Trader Joes to MI? Sounds like a place I

would like to check out. Maybe when I'm skinny and can fit in

airplane seats well, I'll come to CA and check it out.
