I know that my body is adjusting, I just didn't think it would need to adjust so soon. I've only lost 14 lbs., I didn't think I would hit a plateau until at least 30 lbs. My problem is, I need to stay away from the scale and only weigh myself once a week, to give my body the chance to surprise me!! Thanks for the encouragement, it's always great to talk to someone that has been where you are.
