Guest guest
Hi All! I just discovered something with regards to counting carbohydrates. I had no clue until this very minute. I'm guessing some or all of you know. But in case you're like me – I thought I'd share. According to the information on the Low Carb Mall products, to get an accurate count of the carbohydrates we're consuming we are to; deduct the grams of dietary fiber from the total carbohydrate grams to get the `net carb' grams. Example: 12 grams <- total Carbohydrate -9 grams <- Dietary Fiber =3 grams = ECC (Effective Carb Count) That EEC is our total carb intake per product. Just thought I'd share with other carb dummies, like me, if there's any out there. Becky RNY – Aug. 98 Phx, AZ
