Guest guest Posted December 5, 2003 Report Share Posted December 5, 2003 Hi Again, Can anyone give any suggestions on what works for you to take your actigall everyday, before you can swallow the pill whole. Do you mix it with something like juice, protein drink, yogurt, etc. My way of taking it is not working, there has to be a better way to get this stuff down. Thanks, in MI Lap Rny 11/18/03 236/222/?
