It wasn't so long, and I'm glad you shared. It is lonely out here being one

of the 5% !! BTW, I loved your story about the man trying to push the

boulder. I do try and remind myself how much better off I am now than b4.

It's just that, like you said, it gets discouraging when the scale doesn't

move no matter what you do. Hang in, Sister. We shall overcome, some day.

(Couldn't resist that, being it's MLK Day).

Never had an exact number in mind. Doc never set me one either. But I do

figure at current BMI of 36.2, I just ain't " there " yet -- wherever there

happens to be.
