Guest guest
I'm 21 months out...and have been able to eat nuts (pecans and almonds) since about 12 months...Now all of a sudden they are tearing me up...bad stomach pains and cramps within 20 minutes of eating them and the pains last for about 15 minutes or more. What do you all think? I'm chewing really well...at least I think I am...hmmmm.
Guest guest
This is only a thought but could it possibly be the fat content? I love nuts too and eat them on occasion. But I also know they can be high in fat. Fat does not necessarily bother me (had the srvg) but might for someone who had a bypass. Lori Owen - Denton, Texas CHF 4/14/01 479 lbs. SRVG 7/16/01 401 lbs.
