Guest guest
I've never been " thin enough " since I was five. How do you know when to stop losing? My original goal was a size 10 (at 5'6.5 " ), but I've reached that and am still going. My surgeons goal was 155 and I'm getting close to that. How did you know when you were done? BTW, thank you for all who answered me on my 'thin gaunt face' question. You all were great, and now that I know my face will come back (at least some) and that makeup is a good thing, I'm back on the losing bandwagon LOL. Thanks, 304/161/? Guest guest
I knew I was " done " when it all stopped. :-) Seriously. I wanted to get down to size 10 or so, maybe 160 lbs, I figured. Instead, I had my abdominoplasty at 155 (10 months post-op) and kept on losing to 128. I now hover between 128-133, size 4-8 depending, and I'm happy as a clam. This is exactly my weight hovering range from high school... I can't BELIEVE that I thought I was fat then! Guest guest
IMHO, if you are staying nourished, and in good health, your body itself will know when it is time to put the brakes on. Just keep close track of your labs and keep those supplements coming...and the rest should take care of itself. We all, I believe have a tendency to worry as the end gets near...since most of us have never been there before...and don't know where that is. I had no idea it would be 130-132 lbs. I thought 150-155 was a real longshot...and when I started getting below that, I was getting pretty antsy. But, I kept my health up, and I did stabilize, and I feel really good at this weight. My body didn't lie to me this time. I had learned in years past not to trust it, and I guess that's why the fear, but I needn't have. I've been told I'm too thin...but I laugh it off...people are just not used to seeing my anything but fat. I truly believe this is the weight I was meant to be...that's my story, and I'm sticking with it. =) Regards~ ´¨¨)) -:¦:- ¸.·´ .·´¨¨)) ((¸¸.·´ ..·´ -:¦:- Jacque -:¦:- ((¸¸.·´* > I've never been " thin enough " since I was five.
