Hope, I am 7 years out and had the exact symptoms you have right now when I had a staple line disruption. I could eat more, had reflux, gained 50 lbs. I did this about 20 months out. I had a revision and they transsected and REMOVED my lower stomach (a subtotal gastrectomy) leaving only my little stomach wtih the pouch. I'm not sure who your surgeon is, but Dr. Ki Oh and Dr. Ross Fox did my revision in March 99 and I quickly lost the weight that I had regained and have maintained every since. I am a 50 inch distal common channel (originally too), with a transsected stomach and a 29 cc pouch. B Distal RNY 12/27/95 275/
