Also, thanks for all your imput that this site has given me. I think it really helps to let each others Dr's know what Other RP's are going through also. It was hard not to graze this past holiday weekend. And it was even harder to try and measure food, so I didn't. ok a big no-no, but how do you measure 3 oz when you have 8 different kinds of food? I am praying I did not stretch my stomach... 65-70 pounds down and now I am able to buy clothes in stores in town now and not have to go to the specialty stores. I'm no expert on the stomach stretching, but my understanding is that this would have to be many times. Try to focus on all the pounds you've lost.
