Guest guest Posted January 12, 2003 Report Share Posted January 12, 2003 Did you guys know you're great?! I just wanted to pass that along first and foremost. I know I should exercise! More than just traveling up & downs the stairs at work/home. I HATE to exercise! When I do (I've been known to hike mountains and valleys) I feel the sence of accomplishment that everyone feels finishing up something long, difficult, etc.. However to motivate enough to actually go out and do it -- that's another story all together. I refuse to pay a gym. Videos I'll turn off and I LOATH shopping so going to a mall to do the paces (AZ Mills is 1 mile all the way around) is out of the question, for both my sanity and check book. So, suggestions anyone (besides to get off my lazy a**?! Are their other people here in the valley of the sun who might be interested in meeting during the weekends to do a quick hike somewhere (I find I'm more apt to exercise if I feel others are watching/gadging me - during group activities) and maybe once or twice during the week? I live in East Mesa, Arizona. I'm an early bird all seven days a week - much to my dismay. Weekends I prefer early morning activities.
