Guest guest
I don't know if this will help you or not, but the USDA has a database where you can look up foods. It is: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl I think it has packaged and fresh foods as well as spices. Good luck... > anywhere know a good website where i can get the COMPLETE List of Nutritional > value for foods... > > example: eggs, corn, broccoli...that type of stuff...not canned or packaged > stuff... > Thanks > > >
Guest guest
You can also go to http://www.fitday.com there you can keep track of your proteins, fats, carbs and calories for each day. Works out pretty slick. You can also look up nutritional value for different foods as well, including fast foods.
