anywhere know a good website where i can get the COMPLETE List of Nutritional

value for foods...

example: eggs, corn, broccoli...that type of stuff...not canned or packaged

stuff...

You can buy the books with all that in it at BooksAMillion I do know that.

Has everything about all food groups, such as fat grams, protein, etc.

I don't know if this will help you or not, but the USDA has a

database where you can look up foods. It is:

http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl

I think it has packaged and fresh foods as well as spices.

You can also go to http://www.fitday.com there you can keep track of

your proteins, fats, carbs and calories for each day. Works out

pretty slick. You can also look up nutritional value for different

foods as well, including fast foods. :)
