Guest guest
Kudos, Leah, on how you are handling it. You are right, her hands are small!!!! And the school classroom education is the perfect way to go. It has worked wonders for us. Last year when had to be fed through the PIC-catheter line (backpack on her pack, line going up her arm) we did show-and-tell with the class. Kids asked lots of questions, and then they were fine. The amazing thing is how many never even mentioned it to their parents!!!! The kids just thought it was fine because they understood it, and the teacher and school weren't making a big deal out of it, etc. to this day still has her bag of snacks on her desk, and no one ever says a word. > > At what age did you start to explain to your child about RSS and > > what it means?
