I had a lovely day and I am hoping you all did as well. I wasn't worried

going into it but I was really surprised because it went so well. The weird

thing is I ate more than I normally do. Not that I really ate that much it

is just that normally I cannot eat half what I did. Here is what I had:

3 oz turkey (approx)

1 tbs Stuffing

1/2 tbs mashed potatoes

1 tbs German Potatoes

2 tbs Carrots

For breakfast I had:

1/8 c special K

1/4 c milk

Later that day for dinner I had

another 3 oz of turkey

1/2 of a small piece of angel food cake (sugar free)

1/4 c fresh peaches

Now I know that is not a lot of food but I am usually not able to eat that

much (my tummy starts to complain). What was weird was that I felt better

all day than I have for weeks (stronger-less run down and tired). I

actually woke up at 2:30 in the morning and could not go back to sleep.

Tried to take a nap before people arrived but could not sleep again.

Thought I would sleep after the family left but once again could not sleep.

I actually felt kinda energized.

Now what I am curious about is how does this amount of food compare to the

amount others are eating? I am wondering if I need to start eating more or

at least trying to. This list does not include water or vitamins obviously.

I usually also get more protein but yesterday I was just enjoying the

Holiday.
