I just got back the results from my abdominal ultrasound. I have no

gallstones (shoot!) but I have a " fatty liver. " What the heck is that?

To say that anything I have is fatty, seems redundant to me, :-) but

I'm wondering if this will hinder or postpone my surgery. Have any of

you heard of this?

Cindy, I as well as many others have a fatty liver, you could say it goes with

the territory. Sometimes the dr. will want you to lose some weight before

surgery, abdominal organs lose weight first. Hope this helps some. Stef
