Guest guest Posted January 9, 2003 Report Share Posted January 9, 2003 Hi I have lurked for a long time but I need some information and help, I had my first operation Gastric bypass on oct.21 lap then I had complications and he went in lap again with in three days, then I developed pneumonia and infection, finally I got out of the hospital 3 weeks later, I was home one week and I started being nauseated and throwing up bile all the time, after a week and a half at home I wound up back in the hospital they did a open surgery abd found out my intestines were in a hernia that was strangling it and a lot of scar tissue, my problem is I am now home and I am still having alot of trouble with Nausea, but Not throwing up with bile, my doctor keeps telling me I will grow out of it, but I am really discouraged have anyone been nauseated this long or have you heard of anyone being nauseated so long.
