Mmsmmmmy, I had my surgery on 3/12 (a Wed) and returned the following

Monday, but I do have a sit down job and my surgery was 100%

complication free. But please check with your State Department of Labor

and check on the legallity of this. There are many various laws (FMLA)

to govern time off work for your own health, but I don't know about PT,

I think there are a number of hours required in the previous year and

also, the company has to have at least 50 employees. On a more personal

note, I don't know what your options are or what type of work you do,

but with that attitude, would you really miss that job? I'm not

socialists by any means, but boy does that company care about their

employees. NOT!
