Hi all. Each of you have been an inspiration and wealth of

information. I now need additional help. My Primary Care Physician

is very supportive of my WLS attempts and has asked if anyone has

a " draft " of a letter which accomplished the task of getting

insurance approval. I have blue cross/blue shield. If you do, would

you copy it here, direct me to a web-sample, or email it to me at
