Well everyone I got on the scale this morning and low and behold I lost yet

another five pounds. Making a total of 65 pounds lost now. I was elated to say

the least. This is the most wonderful thing I have ever done for myself and I

thank God for the surgery and the surgeons that are trained to do this for us.

Every passing day just keeps getting better and better. It is hard sometimes

when the plateaus hit but like we talked about in other post, when we think we

are standing still...the inches are still moving. It all goes hand in hand.

Ain't life grand?!!!!! You BETCHA!!!!! I am so so happy. Love to all and God

Bless and Skinny Wishes!

life is indeed grand Wolfy .... you BETCHA!! Was so happy to read of your

broken plateau passing, .....a cycle, which for me often coincided with those

monthy hormonal water weight gain/loss challenges that used to unnerve my

resolve .... before surgery.....

Tracking the plateaus, writing them down helped me to visually anticipate the

next one .... then accept it as simply a small part of the whole journey

........

accept my wishes for continued and daily successes

skinny wishes right back at you,

Mandy

Thank you so much Mandy! When the world gets a little bleak and dark there is

always something or someone nice like yourself to bring the light back out in

it again. Thank you so much!

Yes we do. I was almost in a really bad wreck tonight and I truly thought I

was going to be seriously injured or hurt but something took control and we all

know who it was! Yes I have so much to be grateful for!
