I think it is pretty much a procedure to drink the magnesium citrate the day

before. I had to drink mine at 6pm the night before. You are doing great and

you will do fine tomorrow too. I will have you and all the rest in my

prayers tomorrow. You will be a post op before you know it. By the way what is

your

last name? I will call and check on you.

Did any of you have to drink the magnisium citrate the day before

surgery. In my orders i had to drink 8 oz at 2pm the day before and

liquids after that. I dont know about yall...but that was the

nastiest stuff...I even got the lime flavored..I drank that stuff

down fast now Im hveing the heevy jeevies...I literally got the

shakes...But Im keeping it down...

Can yall give me some in put on this...thanks

I drank that stuff the night before and it was NASTY! Ugh! It still

gives me the shivers.

Different doctors have different requirements. Thank goodness I

didn't have to do laxitives or the Mag/Cit. He just put me on a

clear liquids after breakfast the day before surgery. I was worried

as I had seen my dad and mom take that liquid and spend hours in

very close proximity to the potty! Good Luck! What ever you have to

do is worth it!
