Keltie, You know.......up until VERY recently they were referring people

for Reconstructive surgery (boy am I getting use out of THAT word. LOL)

I have a very dear friend (another WLS person....she used to be on this

list......is going through some very hard times right now and has

unsubed) who had the Panni thingy. She was VERY disappointed with the

results......and personally I can't blame her. She did a breast

reduction (due to back/neck and shoulder pain) and went with a civilian

doctor. This was just approved a year ago? Maybe? I can't believe they

have change things that fast. I am not sure that your insurance and my

insurance are the same. Both are government, but might be different. I

just don't know. I plan on getting a new family practice doc.......and

asking the reconstructive questions......and then calling Tricare myself

to see if I can get this done with a referral. Heck, I just might call

Tricare anyway.......and go to my first appointment with my new doc (who

has yet to be chosen)armed with information. See just how he/she

responds to my research. Make it a good TEST. LOL
