Guest guest
I make a 16 oz proscore drink several times a day. two scoops powder 12 oz water, ice cubes. I like to savor it; it tastes good to me, especialy with the tiny chips of ice in it. I have never timed it (good grief, many people already think we are weird enough as it is don'tcha know? grin) But I think it takes between five minutes and ten minutes to drink it. It goes down so smooth. I normally dont have the liesure nor the inclination to take twenty minutes to sit and drink and do nothing else. When I was first post-op it was a struggle to get two tiny sips of water in at a time over five minutes. Now I can drink 6 oz, even eight at one time without throwing up most of the time. I try to drink my water in volume at a time otherwise I am afraid I will forget to get all of it in for there are so many other things on my mind to get done. Now eating a piece of beef, now that takes a LONGER time. love, ceep
