Guest guest Posted January 6, 2003 Report Share Posted January 6, 2003 Dont know if this will help anyone or not, but, I just wanted to share that on January 2, 2003 I started having 4 protein shakes a day and just a night time meal of protein and kept my carbs to 15-20 grams a day and I am happy to share that I have lost 6 pounds already in just 5 days...i am 1 yr and 7 months post-op amd I also got into the habit of grazing and overloading with carbs...and it ended up putting 13 pounds on me....so, there is hope...also, I have NO desire for sugars or carbs any longer and I feel great!
