HI CHRISTY, I TOO WAS SSOOOO SCARED BEFORE SURGERY, MY BOYS WERE 6 1/2 AND MY

DAUGHTER WAS 3 1/2 AND I WAS TERRIFIED I WOULD DIE ON THEM. I HAD TO PUT MY

TOTAL TRUST IN GOD AND MY DOCTOR THAT THEY ALL WANTED TO KEEP ME HERE IRIGHT

UP UNTIL SURGERY DAY I WANTED TO BACK OUT BECAUSE OF THIS FEAR BUT WENT AHEAD

WITH EVERYTHING LIKE PLANNED. NOW, 1 YEAR LATER, I AM SSOOO GLAD I DID. I AM

STILL 70-80 POUNDS SHY OF WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO BE BUT HAVE LOST 140 POUNDS

AND WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE IT MAKES IN DOING THINGS WITH THE KIDS NOW. WE DID

ALOT MORE THINGS THIS SUMMER AND THEY ARE IN CUBSCOUTS AND DANCE THIS YEAR NOW

THAT I HAVE MORE ENERGY TO TAKE THEM. I PRAY ALL GOES WELL FOR YOU TOO. NEXT

YEAR THIS TIME YOU WILL PRAOBABLY BE TELLING SOMEONE ELSE DUE FOR SURGERY HOW

SCARED YOU WERE AND HOW WELL YOU ARE DOING AND HOW MUCH YOU HAVE LOST GOOD

hi christy, i hear your anxiety. my rationale is this: every single

day, we take risks like driving, crossing the street, etc. imagine,

visualize your life w/out the weight & all it's probs. think how

free you'll feel when you start melting away & can be more active &

energetic.
