I have heard so many different takes on exercise programs and I am at

a loss. I do daily stretching, aerobic walking combined with free

weights. I do not have any more enery and I wonder if it is too much

or should I change my way of exercise or eating or both or whatever

it takes. My usual intake of protein is @ 50 grams a day and I do

not eat animal protein nor do I eat sugar. I take alot of vitamins

and additional iron and B vitamins. I have chromic pain from

fibromyalgia also, so I take ALOT of prescribed pain mecication and

constantly constipated, so I take enemas alot and also a herb

laxative along with a stool softener daily. Sorry, to bombard you

all with all this information, but I do need input from experts at

this point. I will say, I am a Type 2 diabetic and have had total

control of it and have not taken any of my diabetes meds since my

surgery in Oct, 2001. OH YEAH, I think the Vegas trip sounds

fantastic! Hope to get a reply ASAP!!!!!!! Thanks again for
