Take this advice from someone who is 3 years out and almost 50# up from my lowest weight (never saw goal) -- that little bit you can eat now and get away with it will turn into more little bits. Your pouch will eventually hold more, and you will learn to tolerate more sugar and not dump. I can't eat huge amounts of food, but I can eat little amounts all day, and I sabotaged myself last summer having " just a little " then " just a little more " until I was eating a pound of caramels a day, a whole cheeseburger, a whole Subway sandwich. Believe me, don't play with your tool. It's too easy to undo all the good you've done with your revision.
