Is this to much? *************************** I'm looking at my box of DIET Swiss Miss with calcium, and 1 package contains 25 calories, 4g carbs, 2g sugar, 2g protein, 180g sodium, and 0g fat, sat. fat & cholesterol. Oh and it's made with Splenda. The Diet SM has less of all the bad stuff than the No Sugar Added. in NJ
Guest guest
I use Carnation " Fat Free " hot chocolate which happens to also be Sugar Free. I don't know why they don't list that it's sugar free on the front of the package, you'd never know unless you read the back with the ingredients. I've used this for many years. A great low carb, sugar free treat! Yum Yum Donna M. Corpus Christi, TX RNY 6-7-01 241/
