sf hot chocolate

I usually fluctuate between the no sugar added and regular hot chocolate.

I go through phases where I'll go through a box in about a week and then

I don't want anymore for 6 or 7 months. The no sugar added ones I

generally get have about 50 calories and 40 of that is carbs the others

are about 100 calories a cup. Like I said I generally fluctuate between

the two because I don't generally drink a lot of it. I guess what I am

trying to say is that if you are only going to have a cup here and there,

does it really matter at 50 to 100 calories a cup? For me it generally

doesn't.
