It may not always be related to what you eat. Many believe there

is an

" emotional " factor involved, stress, nutrient deficiencies, etc.

Carol:

I've found that at times my migraines preceed " that time of the month "

for me. Though that's not the only time I get them, but when it happens

at that time, they last for days. When they hit me at any other time

they will last from a few hours to a day or two. So with me at times it

is definitely a hormonal thing.
