Guest guest
Please write,i tried calling Dr gagners nurse and all you pts of gagner know what a pardon me bitch she is, she is ruthless and had me in tears today..any advise is greatly welcomed Thats terrible. Does Dr Gagner know of this? That is not going to help anyone in regards to their pain. I'm still pre-op but can you call you PCP??? Maybe they can help you. I would think you need some immediate attention....can't you have other problems with being backed up that long? Good luck...I hope you resolve it quickly. ~~* AJ *~~ BMI 59 INSURANCE: NW Washington Medical (Regence ) DR Heap, Richland WA Denied due to exclusion, submited appeal 6/7/01 Bellingham Support for WLS WWW.lookin2bthin.homestead.com

Guest guest
Not sure what to tell you, especially if the MOM is not working for you. When I get my bouts of constipation that usually works. You don't want to end up impacted tho, so I suggest you call your doc and see what they could do for you... especially after 5 days. Bowel impactions/obstructions can be dangerous. Take good care of those innards, lol Toi > Hi people, > well i am 6 weeks post and getting frustrated with my bowels...5 days > since last movement, yester day too two does of milk of magnisa, then > at the end of the day a natural laxative...tried to go this mornig so > far can't...i have a struggle evey few days to go , but cannot seem > to go on my own...any suggestions. > Hugs Dawn

Guest guest
Dawn: I was having the same problem as you. I was having constipation and not about to go more than every 4-5 days. I talked to the doc and she said that it's normal to only go every few days. She said it's not constipation it's us worrying about not going. She also reminded me that there probably isn't anything in there to come out and to stop trying to force it. I did and have been fine ever since. BTW, I'm 6 weeks post op too. She said it'll come but don't expect it every day. Now I have a bowel movement about every 3 days and don't try to force it between. Hope this helps. > Hi people, > well i am 6 weeks post and getting frustrated with my bowels...5 days > since last movement, yester day too two does of milk of magnisa, then > at the end of the day a natural laxative...tried to go this mornig so > far can't...i have a struggle evey few days to go , but cannot seem > to go on my own...any suggestions. > Hugs Dawn
